 HM booked them for our recent Service Awards celebration and they not only fully met our Audio Visual needs but went beyond our expectations. They provided us with top of the line equipment, starting off a mammoth LED screen for our presentation that doubles as a backdraft for our stage, it also included a couple of 70" screen TV's on both sides as well! Spotlights are well situated(according to your preferred color) around the venue to brighten and liven the event. Karana AV served as AMA Houston's virtual gala partner for our 34th annual Crystal Awards. They were originally going to produce the live show for us at the Hobby Center, but due to COVID 19 we had to quickly pivot and move the event to a virtual format. They guided us through how to move to a virtual environment, helping to explain the process along the way, and presented amazing ideas to help level up our program. Karana Audio Visual Services had the hardware that I needed in house, but they also found a couple of alternatives from other sources just to give me choices at different price points. Then, they offered to drive across town to pick up my custom software so that they could run a test to make sure it worked on the integrated system so I would not have to worry about anything when I got to the show. On the day before the show, their technician met me on the show floor to set everything up and made sure I was set to go. On the day after, he was there to help with the tear down and take everything away. Karana’s marketing director and their technician both provided amazing customer service. I recommend them completely, without reservation!
