HM booked them for our recent Service Awards celebration and they not only fully met our Audio Visual needs but went beyond our expectations. They provided us with top of the line equipment, starting off a mammoth LED screen for our presentation that doubles as a backdraft for our stage, it also included a couple of 70" screen TV's on both sides as well! Spotlights are well situated(according to your preferred color) around the venue to brighten and liven the event. The audio was crisp and clear, they'll provide the podium, wireless mics, and can even recommend music playlist suited for your event. Thanks for the Karana Team, you made our event extra special!
AMA Houston- Virtual Crystal Awards

Karana AV served as AMA Houston's virtual gala partner for our 34th annual Crystal Awards. They were originally going to produce the live show for us at the Hobby Center, but due to COVID 19 we had to quickly pivot and move the event to a virtual format. From start to finish, they were amazing. They handled every technical aspect with professionalism and ease. They guided us through how to move to a virtual environment, helping to explain the process along the way, and presented amazing ideas to help level up our program. Our virtual show was a hit and we could not be more pleased with Karana - Jose, Anabelle and their whole team. We look forward to working with Karana again!

Karana Audio Visual Services had the hardware that I needed in house, but they also found a couple of alternatives from other sources just to give me choices at different price points. Then, they offered to drive across town to pick up my custom software so that they could run a test to make sure it worked on the integrated system so I would not have to worry about anything when I got to the show. On the day before the show, their technician met me on the show floor to set everything up and made sure I was set to go. On the day after, he was there to help with the tear down and take everything away. Karana’s marketing director and their technician both provided amazing customer service. I recommend them completely, without reservation!

They took care of a last minute request for a large event, came in early enough to set up and have time to spare, they stayed on site during the event to make sure any issues would be handled immediately and their take down process was seamless.
